A simple way to estimate how many calories you burn in an hour is by knowing your weight in Kilograms.
How to find your weight in Kilograms
1 Kg. = 2.2 lbs. so divide your weight in pounds by 2.2, or use the following calculator.
Calculate Hourly Calorie Burn with KILOGRAMS (KILOS OR KG.)
Your weight in Kilograms (Kg) is a rough estimate of the number of calories you burn per hour.
Example: If you weigh 59 Kilograms, you burn about 59 Calories per hour.
CALCULATE HOURLY CALORIE BURN with POUNDS (LBS.):
Your hourly calories burned is approximately your body weight in pounds multiplied by 0.45.
Example: If you weigh 130 lbs., you burn about 58.5 Calories per hour.
Note that this method does not take into account your age and gender, and may therefore be less accurate than using a BMR calculator.
